We are HASTSHILP, A Society for Handicrafts (NGO)  and The Charkha (TC) is our brand name.

The Charkha (hand spinning wheel) symbolizes the great khadi ideology of Mahatma Gandhi, envisioning recognition of the creative power of the poorest and humblest and supporting it amidst trade war.

Inspired by the great Darshan of India- Global brotherhood and peace, we invite global citizens of modern times to come rediscover folk India with us.
